Questionable debt collection practices by some of the nation’s biggest lenders are facing a crackdown by the US Government.
Bullying Debt Collection Firm is Fined $3.2 Million Dollars
Debt collection company, Expert Global Solutions (EGS), was slapped with the largest fine ever recorded against a third party debt collector for it's bullying debt collection practices. The FTC ordered the company to stop "harassing" customers with "allegedly illegal debt collection calls."
